Have been with CAP1 for a year to the date!
Started with $300 CL.
After 6 months automatic CLI to $1800
Request another last week...DENIED!
Applied for Quicksilver Visa....DENIED!
Emailed EO address...call back 2 days ago!
Call this morning from them, migrated PLATINUM to QUICKSILVER ONE (Mastercard existing) and bumped to $3000 CL
ALSO GOT APPROVAL for QUICKSILVER (Visa) with initial line of $3000
WOWSERS!!!!!!!!!!
went from 540's 18 months ago 0 cards...to 730s now with 7 CC totaling 20K and 3 Retail Cards for another 4K by keeping low utilization and being responsible!
Can you message me the EO email as well? Seems as if we have to contact the EO directly just to have things done correctly!
I've been having the run around with the CSRs as well, and they all advised me to do different things just for a CLI. One CSR told me to apply for another card. Another CSR that I've spoken to then told me to do a product change, but could not upgrade me from the Cash Rewards to VentureOne. It's been really frustrating explaining the same thing over and over again!

I got a $300 card initially, increased it to 500 after 6 months and then to 1000 after 1 year. Now I'm stuck and they won't approve me for QuickSilver..

I googled "capital one CEO email" and it was the first link in the results. Not trying to be rude/disrespectful, but that method has worked wonders for me even with the likes of Comcast in the past.
Then again, maybe that was the wrong method to use when I had Cap1 - just throwing it out there.
