First of all, I want to wish all the moms a very Happy Mothers Day!!!
Has anyone ever been approved for a Capital One card after settling another for less than the full Balance? DH settled for $200-$250 on a $600 something balance back in 2005 and I was thinking that he might be able to get another one.
