I'm new here, but wondered if someone could help. I just called the CS number on the back of my Gold BBRWZMC and they gave me a 600 CLI from 800 to 1400. Should I call the EO and try for more? Will the EO do a HP?

Can someone please PM me the EO number?

I contacted the EO via email and received a call from someone the next day. After a short conversation - they agreed to have an analyst review my account.

Today, they increased my limit from 1250 to 1750, which is only an increase of $500, but I will be doing this more often.

Lol I guess everyone totally ignores -p post regarding how and where to get email to EO. I guess just ask and wait to get on is easier lol.

Quick update I contacted the EO of capOne last week and spoke to a Gent there. Today i logged into my profile and have seen a $500 CLI. Sweet deal. Ask and you shall recieve. (sometimes)

Sent an email on Sunday and got a phone call today.  Couldnt have talked to a nicer guy.   Should receive notice in 3-5 days.  Got my annual fee waived and moved to a rewards card.  Said they would do a soft pull so even if nothing happens, Im happy.

Damn I love this forum.
