I had a QS1 that I closed about 16 months ago, but it still appears in my online account with an 'This account is closed' banner over it. It is now listed there as a Platinum MasterCard, obviously still closed.
When I first started my rebuild I was approved for the CAP1 Platinum or the QS1. I went for the QS1 for the cash back. Didn’t realize it would be a bucket card.
I finished the steps program with the QS1 and the limit went up to $500. The last few days when I log into CAP1 it no longer shows as a QS1. It’s showing as a Platinum. Has anyone else had that happen or is it just a website glitch?
