Maybe they wanted to increase it then close for inactivity with "Take that, ungrateful customer!"

And when the time comes, not to drum up business, but please consider LTL Class Actions R Us Inc.   We have a track record in such suits against large financial institutions. 

Note to appease Bar ethics commitee: a track record does not impy a good track record, and even then past successes doesn't guarantee future results.

OK OK.  We don't actually have any track record YET, but I'm sure by the time @Remedios is in need of our services, we will, probably, sort of have something that approximates some sort of record.  Even if it is just this post.
