CapitalOne Modify My Features- Gone?

Mine also is gone. Hasn't been useful since I upgraded to a Cash Rewards card (way back when - now it's a Quicksilver) from Platinum. Interestingly, if you're logged into your account, and you do a search for Modify Your Features, it'll give you a search result for it that you can click and go to the page.

Thanks! I went to the search bar and typed it in, the link came up. clicked on it and no offfers. Maybe they thought this link is useless so lets take it away from eyesight. haha. good tip!~

The search works.

However, it seems most people have better luck getting offers if they call rather then using "Modify your features"

It never offered me anything so dont really mind if it's gone.

It's gone for me as well, but there's one screen I found they haven't removed it from (yet).

Click 'Benefits', then 'Card Benefits'.  When the screen refreshes, click 'Account', and the "Modify Your Features' option should be where it always was before.  (At least it is for me).

This being said, in all the years I've had the card (now, cards-plural) I've never had anything under the 'Modify Your Features' option - not even once.  Of course, I've never had any luck with the chat CSRs either, so you might take that with a grain of salt.

same for me. it extra erks me when u call or chat and they refer you to that button. all i want to say is well u often review this account for promos and check back later but ive bbeen checking back for 100's and 100's and 100's of days and did i miss it?
