If i can get Capitalone to change me from quicksilverone to quicksilver, would I get the full benefits that its offers.. Like the 0% intro APR for a certain amount of time ?? I been with them for 3 years now and use the card heavy and pay every 2 weeks on it. I want to switch to quick silver and would love to get the 0% apr for a while.
Um, no.
If you want the zero percent deal, you'll have to apply for a new account.
I think that will only apply if you apply for the card from the get go not a PC. I recomend chatting them and seeing if they have any 0% offers available for you and if that doesnt work I would try applying for the QS since you have established a realtionship with CO 3 years ago.

In order for you to get the zero percent APR you would have to apply for a new card. We upgrade to avoid the annual fee on the QS1. Just PCing the card would not allow one to have the same benefits in terms of the zero percent promotion.
