Capitol one Platinum! How to upgrade?!?? CLI??

I have been reading about getting my Capitol One Platinum Upgraded(PC) But wanted to know the best route. I got a CLI from 750 to 2250 3-4 months ago.

Since My credit has SOARED,( I just bought the Package here last night) 669 EQ 714 TU 703 EXP All pulled last night!

Wondering how/what is the easiest way to upgrade this card (0% UTIL on it) and will this give a HP??? would alos like a CLIon the account with a SP only as well!

The best route is EO route. Search this forum for sucess stories of people getting PC/CLI through CaOne EO.

Well that was pretty simple! Got a Quicksilver upgrade immediately, and should here back about the CLI, SP only, in a week or so!
