Capitol one vs hsbc

Doing a little research i found out capitai has no excutive offices to speak with like hsbc did there is no credit dept at capitial one to manuall review for clis everthing is automated at cap one .    every time you ask to speak to there excutive offices they transfer you to a manger at there regualar center i am really going to hate this move with my 2 cards.

Not true CAP1 has an EO in fact 99% of CLI's are coming through it. Now that they own HBSC they have been directing HBSC clients to EO for a HP CLI if you go through CAP1 EO

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

I was checking out HBSC today and I noticed on their site that you must have some other banking relationship with them in order to apply for one of their cc's.. From what I could tell, you had to log in to your HBSC account to simply submit a cc app.. Seems very odd..

oh lord.. i feel sorry for them.. CapOne is so dang difficult to deal with given that they're as large as they are.. They should have a much more streamlined and practical process in place to handle CLI requests for their customers.. I had to go through their EO to get my first ever CLI with them after holding 2 of their cards for over 12yrs and never ever missing a payment.. I had never received one, even went to my local branch and the branch manager said there was nothing they could do because they don't accept customer requested CLIs..Can you believe that.. Had to go into their B&M location and still a branch manager has zero authority..  So I contacted their EO and got one..

So true

if you remember i went that route as well and in fact am going again in about 2 months Smiley LOL

You have a good point if you cant apply for HSBC cards and from all the threads I read CAP 1 was telling HBSC customers at first to app a cap1 card so maybe they were tipping there hand at the time ...hummm interesting
