my card balances across 7 cards "was" $6 with a limit of $102k but my statement closed today and I forgot I had $10 balance on a card so my total balance will go up to $26, will that move the FICO scores??

No.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!
Doubt it would but who knows ?
Today for example I received a Fico alert for :
Those 2 alerts resulted in a loss of 14pts. !
Today as well, Received the following TU alert:
That alert resulted in an increase of 4pts.
Just when you think you have it all figured out
With all due respect, are you serious?
Nah. No worries. Still under 8.9%.

@markhs777 I believe they were serious or they wouldnt have asked the question. There are different levels of FICO knowledge from newbs to seasoned vets. No question is too dumb on here. Its how we all learn. And member rankings help to see where each one is at. So a "New Visitor" my ask something we know thats so simple. But its important to them. Now they know.

You're kidding, right?

Today for example I received a Fico alert for :
- Ex: An account listed has been updated - (An AU Amex account Im on for my Son). His Credit limit Increased from 5k to 10k.
- EX: The balance on one of my accounts decreased by $568.
Those 2 alerts resulted in a loss of 14pts. !
Today as well, Received the following TU alert:
- TU: The total balance of all bankcards decreased by $568.
That alert resulted in an increase of 4pts.
Just when you think you have it all figured out
Alerts don't always correlate to the score increase/decrease noted. An Alert just triggers an update to the report which in turn pulls the latest score, which may have gone up or down, but wasn't necessarily related to the alertable event itself. @Creditwiser
@babblesYou can ignore the negativity. But look at your post count. Yikes. Post something. Soon!
