Cardless Simon card

I saw that a new company cardless has begun, offering a co-branded card with Simon group. I've never heard of this particular bank. From what I understand their underwriting criteria is supposedly less stringent. I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with them? My scores are between 660 and 675, only thing holding me back is high UTL.

The Amex version is the only one with a decent SUB.

think some of the other ones at one point had $250 subs or something, but no longer.
