Cash+ Firm APR - SOB wouldn't you know

So bored and ran US Bank Pre-qual tool today...  3 came up and one with a firm apr vs. range..  Just my luck.  Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.. Not going to byte have to many cards that beat this one IMO.  Just bitter sweet or something like that I guess.

No clue all my CRA's are on ice...   So not sure if a SP can go through now... Weird how it is a firm apr as Cash+ can be 13%-23% or something.. so probably a targeted offer from when my CR's were unfroozen during my move last week?  Or possibly the CRA's sold them my information and it was pre-loaded into their system as many lenders do this.  Other two offers were ranges and no BT offers associated.  Use to have craplistic cash rewards with 1k limit from them is why I said SOB along with banking until that limit made me close my US Bank Savings/Checking and move to penfed and told my personal banker exactly why I left..  Yes I am still bitter and now they try to lure me with this lol..  Nope!

You don't need another card.  If you apply, I'm going to shoot you.  In a nice way Smiley Tongue

Re: Cash+ Firm APR - SOB wouldn't you know

You already had the regular Cash Rewards account, couldn't get it upgraded, and closed out checking relationship with them right?

I just wouldn't go back for more, especially since it wasn't that long ago. If you are really interested in a Cash+ I would have waited longer and gone for a HP CLI on the old Cash Rewards then see about upgrading vs opening another brand new account. Of course it's in the past now, just saying that I don't think you should take another ding for this card.

Yes I had it, but refused to take a HP for the upgrade out of principle and thus ended the card and banking relationship with them due to it.. Just find it funny is all KDM.  Not going to apply that is a fact..   Will eventually go for the Fidelity Visa from Elan as I have a considerable 401k with Fidelity and find that to be alot more of an interesting card for me.
