Change AMEX statement close date

Is there a way to make it so that AMEX closes your statement on the same day every month? (for convenience)

Chase Freedom Visa: 11/2009, $4,700 CL
Chase Sapphire Preferred Visa Signature: 11/2013, $15,000 CL
U.S. Bank Cash+ Visa Signature: 11/2013, $15,700 CL

You can chat with them and set a payment due date and typically statements cut a couple days later.

Some accounts have the option available online. Go to Payments tab and look in the lower right corner. Not sure if this is been slowly rolled out or who gets it, as my wife does not have it in her account for the exact same card.
