I think you should be fine. I tried opening a Chase Checking account online while I was traveling abroad last April. I initially got locked out of all my accounts but called the fraud line and then they asked me a long series of questions and then everything was fine ( checking acct appeared in my app). Well, since I was still abroad for work for a few weeks, evidently, they sent a follow up letter to me in regards to the account. I didn't know that letter had been sent until a few weeks later. As a result, they closed my checking account basically implying I may have opened it fraudently. I panicked and assumed they might shut down my cards but it never happened and I'm still using them without issue over a year and few months later. I think you should be ok.
