Sounds like your new accounts hit your CR right after the Chase approval and caused your AAoA to plunge. This spooked Chase (maybe along with the other factors mentioned above) and your account got flagged for review.

It could be that the new TLs hit your CR after your approval with Chase and Chase only saw them when they SPed to check up on things.

When you spoke with Chase again, ask them why the account was opened in the first place and if they dont end up reopening the account, ask them for advice on getting back in with them. Like how long the you should wait to reapply, etc.
"Since the Chase Approval 3 new Inq's with 3 new cards" now I read you had 3 accounts before the chase app -- seems like the saga is missing something, right? of is it early, no coffee and I am lol. kind a moot point, with limits like that on other cards either pre or post you are not getting that chase card

If i dont get it i dont uve had the 3 accounts 1 month before i applied for the chase and only reason i applied is because they sent me a Pre-Apprl, My issue is dont open the card to close it just keep it closed..

and my retort is that computers are not perfect. this year I had a branch pre-approval for a ink cash. had my cpc guy apply via his biz mgr so i could get the 50K offer and it went pending and then denied. we were stunned. I did a few recons and they said no way, that they thought I had enough chase cards. which is true. lol. I said that I was pre-approved that that I have gotten many cards this way and she said good for you, not this time. she said enjoy what I have. totally serious. when chase says no they really mean it, this much know for sure after dealing with them friends. anyhow enough of me, if i were you I would target the cap1, use and pay and try and grow it. address what else is holding down your scores, pfd any collections you have, etc. do goodwills where necessary. get a clean file or as clean as you can and good things will start to happen for you. be smart, have a plan. get in with a cu and get a ssl if you dont have a loan.
BTW Chase EO backs their underwriter/credit analysts and don't overturn them that I have even seen. So don't expect anything out of Chase EO. Although I have fought with Chase EO in the past about UW decisions I respect them as a company for not over turning what the UW/Analyst are good at being underwriting. Good for the moral of the company as a whole is what I respected out of it. I suppose try in anohter 6 months to a year when you profile is more mature.
Any updates?
1. Close First Premier NOW! WHY?!!? no no no.
2. If chase is unwilling to open the csp, how about a $1k freedom or something?
3. apply to discover and american express.
check pre-qualified offers from these banks... don't just apply in the dark when you don't have to.
