I just got 2 Chase biz cards Southwest (28K) and Ink (5K) and want to app for the Southwest personal card in 30 days and I also already have the CSP (15K). I plan to close the Southwest Biz once I get the 50K bonus so I was wondering if I should reduce my Southwest Biz limit so I have a better chance of approval since I'm going to close it anyways.

I have 4 Chase personal cards and 1 business card. Over time, I have developed relatively high Chase limits by opening cards for bonuses and closing them and moving limits to new cards. If you get denied for too much existing credit, Chase (and most other issuers) will approve you on recon if you offer to move your lines. No reason to reduce your credit line before an application with most major lenders since they have well fleshed out recon processes. Now if it was a small CU or something reducing your line before an application makes sense or if you are recon allergic and just want to avoid the risk of a need to recon.
If your only issue is that you'd hit your internal limit then you can reallocate with recon.
OP you seem to post the way you app: Two many times
Duplicating posts is bad form.

This is what I plan to do, I asked for a CLI a week ago and got a letter saying im already at max exposure with them.
Gotta love those bonuses though, its literally free money for my normal spending I already do.
