Chase CC for Overdraft

Just opened an account at CHASE (hate the co - love the $100 free money offer). Unlike my CU and USBank, they do not allow you to prevent overdrafts by linking your checking/savings accounts. I was advise in order to have overdraft protection, I would need to apply for some Chase CC. Advise just opened to new CC's and didn't want the additional inquiry and/or risk being declined. Does anyone have any info about Chase CC's: scores required, ease of reconn if necessary, or anything else I need to know.  Thanks.

Re: Chase CC for Overdraft

It's a pretty easy recon with 650+ scores.  There are people who have gotten lower CL's ($500-$750) with 610+ scores.  Do a search and you'll see LOTS of recon successes with Chase.  Good Luck!!

You can check www.whogavemecredit.com and compare you scores with people who had similar scores when they applied for that card.

Re: Chase CC for Overdraft

Thanks for your responses and I should have been more specific with my question. Does anyone know exactly which card they require for the overdraft, or is it any Chase CC?  I wasn't sure how it worked so I could look up the info.  Thanks.
