As of the latest Chase app update, you can now request a CLI on the app itself. It is located in the Account Services options on the main page, where you can also Refer a Friend and Transfer a Balance. Users on another forum site that shall remain unnamed are reporting that it is a SOFT PULL and several reporting being approved for increases. I attempted it, but because my Freedom Flex is only 2 months old, I don't think I qualify based on that. Try it and report back those DPs!

It's not there on my app and I have received the latest update.

Interesting, the link was there on my wife's Amazon Prime account but wasn't there on my Chase Freedom account. However when I clicked the link on the Amazon Prime account I received this message.
Neither of us have ever asked for nor received a limit increase on our Chase cards. My account is 1 month older than her account (2 years 7 months vs 2 years 6 months). I tend to put more spend on my card than she does. We are both over 5/24 though, both of us are 6/24. I have heard some say you can't get a limit increase if you're above 5/24. Perhaps this is why.
That's the same message I got, but I'm at 4/24. However, my Freedom Flex is only 2 months old, so that's probably the deciding factor for me.
Nothing on the app for me. My cards range from ~1.5 years old to ~20 years old, but none of them have a CLI option that I'm seeing. Sad, as I would definitely consider bumping up CFU as so much spend is being run through it lately.
I can't see this in the app but I can see this option on the website. It says I'm not eligible on both my cards though. 😢

@CatsFaninLex On iOS device running Chase App with latest update (from 1 hour ago) I can't see the request but similar to @DakotaM., I do see the option when I sign into the online website. When I click it, nothing changes on the website which strikes me as very weird
Just checked on the app and online for both me and my wife and no CLI button for us. So sad.
You can also request CLI through secure message center. No phone call required! Just freeform initiate the conversation "credit limit increase" and Chase will respond with a template to fill out!
