If I were that person, i'd rush out and buy a lottery ticket!
It might be slowly starting up/being rolled out?

In the credit world, i guess anything is possible.?
Usually Chase CLI's & re-allocations are reflected in the account Immediately,
At least in all the years I have been with them.
Heck, I was approved for A Chase Marriott card on a "Black Star Pre-Approved" glitch @Anonymous/24.
@CatsFaninLex Thanks for this very useful info ! It sure would be great if it is a soft pull, and i see it through my card accounts. Unfortunately you have to wait atleast 6 months with your Chase card to be eligible for a CLI. My CFU SL was $500, i was approved for the CSP and Amazon Prime card a couple months ago. Since i was approved for the minimum $5000 on my CSP and $1500 on the Amazon Prime, i transfered $1000 over to my CFU bringing it to $1500, then asking for a CLI at 6 months bringing it to its current $3000. I product changed to the Freedom Flex, next i will try to bring it up to $5000.
The link is available on the website for my account but unfortunitally I recieved the same message as others about not being available at this time.
Still no CLI option on any of my 3 Chase cards.
4+ years of perfect history with them and 800+ FICOs aren't good enough I guess.
Maybe I don't put enough spend through them. Sorry Chase if I'm not rich enough.
Or it's just a slow rollout or just a few select folks get in on the "beta test".

It could be a slow rollout / beta test or profile dependant ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I got [NO] increase link on any of my cards

Well got the famous "Request a credit limit increase link" on all my Chase cards ..
Here it goes ... all CB's locked. and wait for it ....(well ..actually no wait)

sorry @FinStar , I will be more mindful of large images.
Just to share my data. I was just approved for FU card last week (still haven't even received it) and I do see the "request credit online increase" button on the webpage but Not the app. I clicked on it just to see and it says this offer is not available like others have posted.
Obviously I knew I wasn't eligible for a cli but was just curious if the button was there on a brand new chase member - and it is.
Looking forward to hearing from those that are able to go through with the request if it is in fact a SP.
I noticed in @M_Smart007 's screenshot that the URL shows "targetedCreditLineIncrease", like it's a targeted offer like the bonus cashback offers they toss out from time to time.
I guess this means you have to be "targeted" to receive the offer.
Add one more DP in support of the slow rollout theory. The link first appeared for me yesterday (on mobile only). I got the Sorry, Nope message, but that's beside the point.
Gotta give Chase credit for the direction they are headed with CLIs. They used to be one of the worst, with one or even multiple HPs for every request. Now they look like one of the leaders, with SPs and instant, firm offers that can be accepted or declined by the cardholder.
I'm not totally sure how I feel about how they handle the rejections. On the one hand, I appreciate the speed and certainty of them saying no CLI offer is available. On the other hand, it looks like they aren't sending out AA letters, so we don't get any information about what we can do to change the answer.
