I get the same results testing 3 of them, but don't really need the CLIs. I didn't try it on all of them since it's likely going to be the same outcome. The feature is available on the desktop and the mobile app for me. Since this appears to be a recent roll out, it's possible a variety of customers will see some success, but not everyone will win a prize though.

I don't know about that, a booby prize is still a prize.

Define "booby prize".
Did @M_Smart007 and I win any of those?
a week later it showed up on the website and phone app for me - but i keep getting the error of "we cant qualify you for this offer at this time" the card is only 3 months old tho - i am also way over 5/24
I have the link today but no offer on either card.

There's an Italian word that perfectly describes what we got, but I can't use it here.
Ya showing up on web for me, but got what everyone else is getting except the only person that won the prize

Thx, not on my menu, fear it's bucketed, past one year, and only asked to update income, so mayne they're THINKING about finally giving that auto CLI 😑 Wonder if one can complain in-branch, probably not?

What would be the basis of such a complaint @Anonymous?
As a lender, they are not obliged to provide anything really. If you qualified under certain criteria when approved, then it is what it is. The system made the decision, not the branch staff. Branch personnel would have no bearing other than lodging your grievance(s), but not much would be done in the sense of tangible action. Best thing you can do is update your income and see if that may yield anything in the future. Also, just because you don't see the feature today, doesn't mean that it may not show up in the future.
Well, the infamous cli feature has appeared the mobile app for me on both my CSR and CFU. Like others, I got the "this offer is not available at this time message. " I'm fine with that and have sufficient credit with Chase. I am at 5/24 having just picked up the CFU in August. Nice to have this new feature nonetheless. Who knows what the future may hold? Hehehehe....I'll try the experiment again next year but I won't be under 5/24 for a while( Dec 2023). In the meantime, I may check for offers every 6 months. I ain't trying to poke the bear 🐻. Maybe if I feed the bear some tasty 💲💲💲💲, an exception will be made. lol
xmas maybe 🤔
