I was approved for Amazon Prime Visa Sig card about 18days ago. Does chase have a rule or is there a certain amount of time I have to wait to ask for my first CLI? So for example AmEx you ask for a CLI on day 61 for 3xCLI does chase have something like this?

The one rule is that there will always be a hard pull.
I understand but how long should I wait before I ask for CLI

You dont have to wait, you could do it today, but you'd get a denial.
There is no set timeline with Chase, nor are results from requesting CLI always satisfactory.
If you find yourself using most of your limit for the next 6 months to a year, ask away. Anything else is a waste of HP.
if you are using most or all of your limit for months at a time, give chase a little time they will increase your limit if all else on your report is good and your income supports it. But really does require heavy usage to get good CLI's
Chase seems to grow slowly if if you use the card, no fan fare is given when you get an increase, usually 10-20% at a time. The same as you may get if you request one.

I've always heard that it is best to wait 6 months to let the account mature some in order to get a positive result, although I waited a year with my CSP.
One thing to note...
I got a CFU in November and decided to try a CLI a few days ago and was told that since I was above 5/24, it was a "hard stop" for them and that no CLI would be granted until I'm below 5/24. It was interesting to find this out since I was not asking for a new account, but things may have recently changed at Chase to cause this. One other user here noted that they thought that perhaps Chase was starting to count new business cards in the 5/24 count as well, which is new for them, too. It seems that Chase may be trying to limit their exposure now that our economy is going though the challenges that it is.
I don't have enough data points to back this up right now, but I thought that it would be best for you to know in case you wanted to open any new accounts in the meantime before you ask for that CLI.

There are no rules with Chase. There are no patterns, no tricks, no play-by-play technique you can run that's consistently repeatable with Chase. If you need a CLI, request one. It will be a hard pull.

And more than likely, 2 HPs.
