That doe snot happen with them, they are no easy to get CL's with. Go for BOA or Amex they give it away .

I have gotten one from them just not at activation. It will cost you a hard hit, better make it worth it.

Yeah...they gave me a cl of 5K...wanted to see if I can get a CLI when I activate the card.

Wont happen Chase dosent play that and form what I heard Amex dosent play that either anymore.

I have never had any trouble getting CLI's from Chase, however they are hard pulls every time.....

Asked after 6 months, hard pull, CL from $2K to $8.5K

Ditto that.

They've actually been very generous with CLIs, but they always cost a hard.

The lady in the lending department of Chase called me this evening to ask me some questions about how I handle debt. Like if I pay the minimum, and to verify some personal information. She said she could approve me for 7k, which I eventually haggled up to 10k. At first she said no, but I was able to talk her into it.

Since you can't CLI on activation, I am even more proud of my negotiating skills.
