Chase CSR/CSP Approval Odds

I have been wanting to app for either the Chase CSR or CSP in the last few weeks as I habe seen some people get approved with scores close to mine.  However, I have a BK7 where I burned Chase.  The BK7 was Dc'd in Jan 2010.  With the following scores:

EQ 707

TU 717

EX 721

Does anyone think I can get approved?  My income is mid $100k and Util % 13%.  INQ's mostly for a mortgage refi in 2016.

Thoughts?

Have you tried the pre qual?

I have read that people that are not eligible for a Chase card will not get a HP if they app. Good luck.

I have tried and it does indicate that I am not eligible.  Hmm...maybe I will have to app!

I would give it a shot, I had the same EXP as you and was approved for CSP and CSR

Have you tried to see if you prequal in branch?

Sorry, I forget to ask, are you under the 5/24 rule?

Chase will not approve your app if:

a) you are not eligible 

b) you opened 5 cards in the last 24 months

As I said, there are reports that you don't get HP if a)

If you are in b) you may get a branch pre-qual and get the card even if you opened 5 cards or more in the last 24 months.

There are no Chase banks close to where I live but there are some close to where I work.  However, I do not have any accounts with Chase.

I just realized there is a Chae bank a few miles away from where I live on a road I really dont travel much...err...never realized it was there is more like it...
