Chase Coming Through For Me!

Chase is awesome! I came home just now to this thick envelope from Westerville, Oh and I’m not expecting anything from chase in a plain white envelope. So I open it up and Chase did fulfill my request to upgrade my platinum Freedom Visa to a Signature Visa. When I asked for the upgrade, the rep. said my account wasn’t eligible to ever be a signature. Over 5k limit opened for nearly 2 years. I did reply to the email from the secure message saying I was disappointed that the conversion couldn’t go through, but I will ask again in the future. Then about 7 days later, boom here it is!

Cool - Congrats!  😄..this sounds kind of familiar to me. Got denials and was asking what I need to do to one day become eligible..guess this was too much trouble for Chase and they rather gave me the upgrade than the explanation..lol
