Hi Everyone!
I have a Chase Sapphire Preferred, and a Chase Disney Visa, I was wondering if Chase allows transferring credit lines between the two? Does anyone know, or has anyone tried to move some CL from one of these cards to the other?
I'm planning on maybe cancelling my Disney Visa and applying for a United card in a few months, and was hoping maybe I can move over credit to the CSP before cancelling and applying for a United card.
Does that sound possible?
@QuakerOatmeal, You should be able to move most of the CL between Chase cards,
I would call in to do this. I think you can move all except $500?
But confirm that with a CSR. Good Luck!
When I closed my CSP and requested to move the limit over to my AMZ Prime, I had to leave exactly $1,095 on the CSP. I didn't get a satisfactory explanation on why this amount.

Yes Chase is very good about that, and they make it very easy. You can send them a secure message telling them what you'd like done, and they will get it done within 24 hours.

I like the idea of doing it via secure message. In writing is always good. A conversation can get mixed up about how you want funds allocated.

This is how I have reallocated CLs with Chase. Very easy. I most recently moved $5k from my AARP card to my Disney Visa.

I make them repeat it 3X![]()
I have always used phone, and re-allocations were instant.
