Chase Fraud Protection is impeccable

Yesterday I had fraud committed on my CSP. Someone duplicated my card and decided to go shopping at a mall that is literally the closest mall to my business! They had the audacity to use it practically in my face with how close they were to me when using my card fraudulently. Anyway, one purchase went through for $278 (petty cash smh) and they attempted another 3 times totaling about $1k but those were all immediately denied by Chase. Chase immediately contacted me via text and email asking if I authorized these transaction. I replied "NO" and almost instantly they called me to discuss this activity. They closed that account and are sending me and my AU new ones expedited. Kudos to Chase on this one!

To briefly share a story, that's exactly how CapOne handled my card when that happened.

Took them less than 5 minutes to be in contact with me about a purchase I didn't make. The whole ordeal was seamless.

I agree, same issue except Chase contacted me via text before the charge went through.  Closed and expedited my new card.  Great job Chase!!!

Yeah they're pretty great. I went through that a few months ago with them. Very much on the ball with fraud
