The 10% was nice while it lasted. I was late to the party and missed the original 10+10.

To be clear, Freedom spending no longer earns the extra 10%. In the next few weeks, a 10% bonus will be paid out based on 2015 spending.

So, yes, it's the last year Chase is giving (as in actually paying out) the 10% bonus. 2015 was the last year for earning one based on spending.
