By "overpay" you mean multiple PIF each month???
I mean pay more than the balance so that there is a negative balance
It allows you to do that?
When the bill comes, pay the statement balance and then go in again and pay a second time. It was accidental but worked out in a 1500 increase due to it

Wow!
@Shock wrote:I dont think Chase will let you pay into negative anymore. There's a new policy
This happened within the last month
@Shock wrote:And in the case that you overpay.....is it an automatic 1500?
For this one instance, it was almost immediately afterwards. I'm sure the amount would vary, curious to see if this has happened to anyone else

It's a no-go just tried it. Here is the message:

Do you have a minimum payment due?

I paid the balance due (early). Then tried to do it again right after and it gave me that message.

I see. I can only account for that this happened while there was a minimum balance due after the statement posted. Hopefully someone can try to recreate as well.
