Chase Freedom Website question

Hi all

I have tried the call center for an answer about this but the rep did not understand my question, so i turn to you guys.

I want to go online and check my Freedom balance and also try to make my first payment online but can not find a website or a link...

Would you point me to the right direction?

I have done this before, since i have a checking account with them but i dont see my credit card appear in there

When you log in to your account, there is a link on the right side corner that says "Customize Accounts", click you on that and it should have a "Show or Hide Accounts"  link that should let you see all your chase accounts and be able to show them online under the same log in. Maybe you can add it that way. Hope that helps

Edit: You can also add an account from there

It should have already connected with that account via your SSN, so unless you used a different SSN, it should be there. If not, call Chase and have them add it to your master account.

Unless you are the AU, the account will not show either.

If it's social security related, we just went through the same thing with DW. We stopped by a branch and they immediatly knew what was happening. In and out in 2-3 minutes.

Thank you all for the answers, I added the account as you mentioned and after a few minutes it updated and its now working fine.
