Bummer! So sad! grrrr...makes me upset that they recorded the first recon like that. Ugh! I was really hopeful for you!

yeah it sucks, and she wasn't as friendly as the first lady but that may just be b/c i had called a few days ago for a recon and then tried again. but she knew right away that i already called b/c that was the first thing she said.

I've still had some awesome success in my rebuilding since July 2012 so I'm not too worried about it. By the end of 2014 about 90% of all my derogs will be off my report, and with a little help from gardening, come 2015 I don't think there would be much of anything I would have an issue of getting approved for.

I honestly didn't NEED the Freedom card, but I WANTED it to take advantage of the rewards and possibly use it as my everyday card or heavy use during certain cycles. So its not that bad as a loss b/c I do have some good cards right now, and don't mind letting them grow some more before trying more.

Off topic, today i decided since I took 2 hits on this darn card (1 each on TU & EX) I figured I would go ahead and take a hit on EQ as well....I app'd to refi my SUV with NFCU and got approved! Not sure of the terms just yet b/c I just got the text a bit ago, but they are mailing me the check and other documents so I'll see it then unless I call in.
