Chase Freedom - where are my points?!?

So I finally started using my Chase Freedom and I have spent over $300...some of it at gas stations and drug stores. But when I log into my account, it says I have zero ultimate rewards points. Where are they??? The charges have fully posted but no points. Do I have to go somewhere else to accept the points so that they show up? My cash back on my Cap1 card posts immediately after the charge is fully processed. What is the deal? Thanks. :-)

On all of Chase's cards, the points will post for a particular billing period once that billing period ends. So whatever your statement date winds up being, they will post that next day. It is a bit of a waiting game, but well worth it! Smiley Wink

Chase is different. You recieve your UR points at the end of each billing cycle instead of real time.

EDIT missed above post sorry............Smiley Embarassed

Re: Chase Freedom - where are my points?!?

That is probably one of the best advantages of the Capital One Cash Rewards card.  I love having the rewards available immediately.  I also enjoy the 0% FTF, but that can be found elsewhere.

In My Wallet: Amex BCP (12/12) $50,000, Chase Freedom (12/12) $16,500, Cap1 Quicksilver (6/12) $14,000, Barclaycard Rewards (5/13) $10,500, Citi Prestige (4/16) $30,000

Also, if you made a purchase near the statement close date, the points sometimes aren't credtited until the next billing cycle finishes (i.e. it can take two statements to get points sometimes).
