Chase - How long before product change/moving credit lines?

I'd like to product change one of my cards and move some of my credit lines around. The card in question has been open for almost 8 months now. Do I need to wait until it hits a year or can I do this right now? Thanks.

They will tell you at least a year before PC.  I think you can move CLs around at any time.
