Chase Hyatt question

Since I live in Vegas and hate paying for parking at strip properties, I would like to have one of the credit cards that upgrades the M Life status for free parking.  I know that the M Life Mastercard would, but I have no other use for it.  I understand that Hyatt and MGM have some type of arrangement and could use it for travel as well.  Does anyone know how the Chase Hyatt Visa would work with MGM properties for upgrades to M Life status?

Re: Chase Hyatt question

You can get free MGM self parking with the Chase Hyatt Visa. You do not get free MGM valet parking.

Enjoy the benefits of World of Hyatt Discoverist status for as long as your World of Hyatt Credit Card is open. https://creditcards.chase.com/lp/worldofhyattcc/hhbotban?CELL=69Q6&icamp=hy_newcreditcard2018_eg_hpp...

Discoverist gives Mlife Pearl: https://world.hyatt.com/content/gp/en/rewards/other-partnerships.html

Free valet parking requires Mlife Gold. To get Mlife Gold via Hyatt, you need Explorist status.

Re: Chase Hyatt question

I have both cards and to be honest with you pearl status is all either of these cards has to offer as far as Vegas goes. I like the Mlife card because when I use it to book a room I get the cash back instantly on my pearl card which is way cool because it ends up paying for a couple of meals or free play while im there. The Hyatt card sign up bonus was cool for the free rooms but never used it again. If all your doing is using it for parking go either way, if its for pleasure in Vegas at an MGM property MLife is the way to go, if you travel and use the points for hotel then Hyatt is the way to go.. for me anyway. Good luck OP!

Re: Chase Hyatt question

Thanks for the replies.   The Chase Hyatt Visa is the way to go for me.

I need to wait a bit with the recent hps on Ex and new accounts.  Don't want to rock the boat with Chase.
