Hey MyFICO peeps. I was a member here before but I deleted my old account last spring (CreditMarathoner), but now I'm back again.
Anyway, my question is about Chase Offers, those targeted offers you can click on and then make a purchase and get a statement credit, like the BofA Bank Amerideals.
Anyway, I have 3 Chase Cards, from oldest to newest: an Amazon Prime Visa, a Freedom Unlimited, and a Sapphire Preferred. Previously all 3 of these cards received various Chase Offers. I use the CFU as a daily driver so it used to get the most deals, and I used a few of them over the last couple years. Then, suddenly, a few months ago, all the offers vanished from that card, but I still had offers on my Prime and CSP. I SMed Chase about this but they didn't give a very satisfying answer, something like "we review accounts regularly for eligibility for offers"... but no explanation as to why they disappeared from my CFU.
After the offers disappeared from the CFU, I started using them on my Prime card, mainly for restaurants/fast food, nothing big. I recently redeemed one and got an email that I had successfully redeemed it, and now, today, my offers disappeared from my Prime card. Now only my CSP shows offers. This card is the one I use the least, mainly for travel, and have never redeemed an offer on it, to date.
I'm not finding anything on the internet about this. Is anyone with Chase cards, using the Chase Offers, seeing them taken away on the cards where you use them? It's like they say "that's enough offers, no more for you!"
I don't think it's credit/profile related as my utilization is low and my scores are high, and my profile is well aged (well, I did apply for a new card last month, but my AAoA is still in the 7+ year range, with one account over 25 years old).
Thanks...
To get Chase offers you need to actually use the card for something. They will select compatible offers based on what they think you might like. Some offers will however not have any requirements to become available and you will see those regardless when they run. Remember that offers do not stay on your card forever and have expiration dates. While usually the offers are staggered it is not completely surprising if you had all of them expire at the same time and nothing new came up. if you use your card you will get some fresh ones and each card has its own set of offers.

Thanks, but it's not due to offers expiring. One day my card had 20+ offers, with expirations up to several weeks out, and the next day there were none. All were gone, regardless of their expiration or whether I had selected the offer for use or not. My CFU gets used the most and it lost its offers first, several months ago and none have come back. My Prime card lost its offers after I started using them on that card. In particular, I redeemed a A&W offer last week and then yesterday all offers disappeared off that card. My CSP, which is my least used Chase card, is the only one still showing offers. I bet if I started using them, they will also disappear. It's almost like they take them away after you use a few.
My BofA card has its own version of the same offers, but more and more of them are "must use link" offers rather than ones you select and then use in store/restaurant. I wonder if they're trying to make them more profitable/less costly.
Has anyone else used Chase Offers and then lost ALL of them on a card?
EDIT: Logged into Chase this morning and some offers have reappeared on my Amazon Prime. But my CFU hasn't shown an offer for months even though it's my most used card.
Bumping... no one else has had this happen with Chase Offers?
Though my Amazon Prime card has offers, it only has 8 while my rarely used CSP has 27. And my CFU has had none for months. So the "using the card more leads to more offers" seems to be the opposite for me.
Try delete/reinstall if it's on an app, if on website clear all the cache for the browser. Try logout/login

It's the same on multiple browsers and devices.
But, as of this morning, my CFU now shows in the "select account" dropdown when looking at offers, but if I select it, I don't see any actual offers. Just a message "Check back later for offers from various merchants". This is a step forward, maybe offers will start appearing on that card again soon. Previously I couldn't select that card at all, only my CSP and Prime cards.
