Yes, it is restricted to certain types of charges, and you have, I think, 90 days from the posting of the charge

@NRB525, DW is keeping it for another year mainly because the PYB bonus currently applies to the AF.  If Chase extends this program beyond 2021, then she might keep the card longer even with travel restrictions in place.  If not, then a PC to the CSP will be on the horizon.
