Chase Recon

I called chase recon after I applied for the freedom and was told reason why I was denied but he allowed me to explain really had a good conversation and he told me he would reopen my app and that I would recieve a packet in two weeks. Has anyone had this experience or think this may be a good sign?

Sounds like everything should be alright.

When I originally applied for the Freedom, it was flat out denied. I called to recon and took about 5 minutes but it was approved. The system denied it but a manual review saved me. So there is hope.

Call the automated approval status hotline and see what it says!

Hope so. Called automated line it switched from you'll recieve something in 7 to 10 days to we wil notify you of our decision in two weeks

One last thing how much power does the person doing the recon have? Can they approve your app or they ask it to be reviewed by someone else for approval?
