Bed bath and beyond sells gift cards to other stores. So you get a lot more choices than just those stores.
Don't forget Starbucks. Starbucks reload cards / gift cards are 100% eligible this quarter on Freedom.
Does "restraunts" include fast food on Freedom?

If the business is coded as a restaurant, then it would be included. Chase is only going by how the business codes itself. I don't know if places like McDs does code themselves that way.

i am not 100% sure freedom follows CSP with restaurants categories , if they do then fast food , coffee shops, and restaurants all count under restaurant category.

Oh, did not know Freedom might be different. Sadly paying attention to all these reward programs isn't my strength. I need to be better at it because I know I cost myself money by not being better at it.
Always glad to see the 5% restaurant category, though it would be better if Discover and Freedom didn't always overlap.
Not sure about the Freedom, but the CSP, Ink Cash and JPM Ritz all classify fastfood and Starbucks/Peets in the restaurant category. I'd wager Freedom would as well.

i wasn't sure if that was the case or not , freedom has been getting an lot of work this year with groceries and restaurants next quarter. hopefully i will have enough for my next trip on korean air :-)
Do we have the ability to activate the 5% cashback yet for next quarter?

Probably tomorrow.
