Chase Sapphire Reserve 50,000 points?

Noticed in my Chase Mobile app I was preapproved for Chase Sapphire Reserve with 50,000 points.  Annual fee is steep and I don’t spend enough to make annual fee cards worthwhile.

The $300 travel credit takes a chunk out of it's AF. Think of it this way: you're prepaying for a trip in the minimum amount of $300 and you get complimentary lounge access. Chase's travel credit is so flexible, you really only need to take one trip per year to make it work.
