Dealing with them is so frustrating. Just a simple answer yes or no and if no why? End of story
You're not kidding. Some don't even take one minute to help you and you never converse with the same rep twice so there's no continuity. Very frustrating while we have to wait 3-4 days to get a reply. Here's a SM of a few days ago.
Reads bottom to top....
"You're not serious, right? I've been a slate card holder for 10-12 years. I have both accounts joined here. Please do a little minor investigation before assuming I'm an idiot. thank you Senior Specialist Jason.

Dear XXXXX XXXXX,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us again in
regards to the FICO score option.
I show that your account is an Amazon.com account. The
FICO score option is only available for the Chase Slate
product. If you'd like this option, please apply for the
Slate card online at www.chase.com.
If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center.

Had this card on my short list of BT cards to app (though it wasnt my first choice). Ultimately lured in by EX Fico score. In hindsight... believe it was the right choice ![]()

Anyone know if you could PC to the slate card?
Maybe? Might depend on what card your attempting to PC from. Freedom or CS might be possible not sure about any of the others. Send a secure message and they should be able to help with that ![]()
Any chance other Chase cards will have Fico score in future? I would love to have my Freedom have the feature.
Hmmm this is an interesting option.
If I PC'd my Freedom to Slate .. does it show up as a new account?
Then after a year can I app for a Freedom again I shouldn't wonder?
@MstrPTato wrote:I like the interface! Wish I had kept my Slate that I opened in March. Would have moved all but $500 off just for the Fico!
Mine is still not working. I was told it would work by tomorrow. If it isn't working tomorrow I'm busting out my ritz card JPM EO customer service and I'll have them give me a real answer. I'm tired of dealing with the "Internet Support" customer service line. They're useless.
I waited on hold for 15 minutes the other day while the lady "researched" my problem only to tell me to try again monday. lol.
#FirstWorldProblems
I just sent them a fourth SM about trying to check my FICO using the new Slate feature. I was told I would have access on the 15th at which time it was not available. I think it popped up on the 16th or 17th and when I actually try to enroll I receive an error (3305). Each response from Chase has been the same -- 72 hours. I finally just sent them a strongly worded request to resolve the error issue because I cannot successfully enroll because of the error so my 72 hours hasn't technically even started. If I don't hear back or it does not start working tomorrow, I'm calling them.. again. This is ridiculous and frustrating. New customers have had no issue apparently, existing customers have to jump through flaming hoops.
Awesome Sauce!!!! ![]()
I applied for this card on 4/18/15. Card hasn't even arrived and I was able to view my fico.
