I have tried HP CLI only to get double pulled on EX and denied.

grrrrrrrrr
The alternative is that you may have hit your internal limit with Chase. If that's true, you won't get any more auto CLIs on any of your cards.

Wow they're actually offering it to people now through snail mail? Whenever I got an auto-CLI via SP, I just logged in one day and noticed that my CLs had changed.
They never asked me if I wanted it, or even bothered sending any kind of notification.
Similarly, I've received auto-CLI's (SP) on some of my older accounts like Freedom (which I've had since 2008) and also CSP last year. I've also received SP CLI offers via snail mail and e-mail for some of my Chase accounts - almost similar to US Bank's pre-approved CLI offers.
The snail mail CLI came thru for my US Bank CC (After PC) I can't say with any certainty if that had some bearing or not but normally it was difficult even to obtain a customer initiated CLI with a HP before the PC. Another note of interest is that it was also one of my oldest CC accounts too.

I was wondering but they gave me auto CLI's on 2 cards after, lol
I'm only in to them for 13.5k in limits and we bring in 100k (but I only use mine on apps, which is half). ehh... May be the horrible scores, many accounts and Fed Tax Lien spooking them. So you are probably right. My EX Fico 8 can't get off the couch for some reason (675).

How many cards do you have in total with Chase? And which ones are they?
It's hard to tell exactly from the small pictures in your sig.
Chase amazon | Apr-14 | 20.1 | $2,000
Chase CSP | Oct-14 | 14.5 | $5,000
Chase Marriott | Feb-15 | 10.6 | $6,500 |

I have a feeling that the other issues you mentioned previously might be contributing factors.
However another thing to consider is that there are different "costs" to Chase involved in CLIs for different cards. For example the CSP is the most costly card to them, whereas it costs Chase less if the same action is done to your Marriott card. While the difference to you as an individual is small, it might help shape Chase's internal policies around this issue, especially if your spending was similar across multiple cards.
The Amazon was the first Chase card I got during rebuild at $500. Maybe they still remember, lol
My amazon visa was my first CC, about a year ago, on first I carried a balance and only paid the min like an idiot (gave me the best rate so...) but for the past 6 months ive been paying off it in full or a big chunk, and they still wont budge from a $1k limit :/. As soon as I get a CC with a apr lower than 14.49% its getting closed!
@Anonymous wrote:Chase may just use the "potential SP CLI" notices when they want an income update.
You could be on to something here, CB. They did ask me to update my income before giving me 1500. Funny thing is, I haven't had the card 6 months. My income was the exact same as it was when I got the card 5 months before.
