+1 -- You'll know when you have one. My wife receives them from time to time. I haven't received any but I know I hit my internal limit as I had to reallocate to open my Freedom.

As with any creditor it all depends on your credit profile and income. If they don't sufficiently improve you won't. If they do you can.
@12njoy wrote:There's been discussions regarding some people getting soft pull chase cli's. I called CSP customer service to inquire about a cli request. I asked if it's a HP or SP. Of Course she said it's a HP but then said Chase sometimes offers SP cli's on accounts and that she could check my account for such an offer. Unfortunately, I had no such offer on CSP. She said it would require an HP which I declined. Anyone considering a chase cli may want to call and ask if they have a SP cli offer on their account.
I confirmed this today. I got an auto CLI from $5k to $7k in August 2015, with the card opening March 2015, but I never requested a CLI myself. I called in and asked if it I request a CLI, is it HP or SP. She said she can see if there is a SP offer on my account, otherwise it would be a HP. No SP offer on mine, either! I declined a manual pull.
Sometime between now and 3 months ago, Chase bumped my CSP from 9,600 to 17,100. I have no clue when and they did not notify me
