What are the cards that offer UR points? Is it only the CSP, Freedom, and Ink card?

Yes, specifically the Ink Plus but those are the three

What does the AARP give? Just cash back?

 

Edit: AARP Rewards cannot be transfered to travel partners even if you have CSP and others.

Yes.. The Palladium also but I doubt if that is what OP wants to know though.  But I may be wrong... For the Palladium...
