Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever ran into this issue? If so, does anyone know the solution? I know for a fact that my CR are all unfrozen and even tried on my husbands and his came up with the same thing. Any advice on how to check if I'm pre-qualified?
Thanks in advance

Got it! Thank you so much for letting me know.

Establishing a chase banking account should fix it, I wonder if you would encounter the same identity verification problems if you tried applying online for their banking accounts as well. When I went in branch to give my identification, the prequal stopped failing after that.

I have a chase account where I get direct deposit. It's my primary checking account but typically when my money hits it disburses so my credit cards. So I'm not sure what else it could be aside from the Amazon glitch?
I'm currently dealing with the same issue using the Chase pre-qualification on Amazon. At first I thought it was just me even though my files are not frozen but now I've seen someone else experiencing it, I feel much better knowing it is something outta my control. I've been a Chase client for several years and have had multiple CC with them in the past.

I knew there was a widespread problem with that prequal, but I didn't know it also happened to Chase customers as well.
I wonder if this is some sort of verification mixup between the info on file for Amazon (or the information given on the prequal), the info on file for Chase and the info on file for Experian.
I'm curious why providing my documents at a Chase branch fixed it for me, but others would still have problems. I wonder if Chase has a physical copy of your documents on file at a branch location, or if your applications have all been digital.
I have the same issue with trying the Chase Credit Journey. Neither work for me
