You are welcome! Normally the gold box is best during the holidays. They had a Kitchen Aid Professional Stand Mixer for $99 last year. It retails for $500. So needless to say I jumped on that--great gift for MIL.

You can't beat triple points on those purchases either! I signed up with the free $30 and got it right away as a credit--SCREAMING FAST!

Woohoo!  Good to know!  (I can't wait..  lol)

Nice peas! I might have to disagree with you though, Chase does forgive AND forget. I had two charge-offs with them, a Chase card and a First USA card back in 98. I never paid them. Just last year my wife and I coverted her Chase Plat Visa to joint status and Chase didn't blink an eye. In fact, they didn't even do a hard inq on me...I was amazed.

Kohls is Chase bank right?  I IIB a Kohls card, do you think I have a chance with Chase?  I don't plan on app'ing them now, need to get my scores up, but just wondering.

LOL thanks Fretless.  Smiley Happy  No autographs, please.

Good for you Fused!  I'm sure the fact that I was still in a payment plan with them into the early 2000's has something to do with their memory.  Oh well, we'll act like that lil 1.9k didn't happen for now.  Smiley Happy

Re: Chase forgives, but never forgets..

I agree Fused...  Chase does forgive and forget...  My BK7 from 98 just dropped off my reports, I included a First USA account for 4k in the BK.  I just applied last week for a Chase Freedom card and to my suprise - approved for 7k.  I got the 30 day message and called the recon number in the BDN thread - they never mentioned the old First USA account...  I'm grateful for the second chance!!!
