Has anyone else had issues with their Chase chip cards today? My wife tried to use hers at Sam's Club and it came up "Transaction could not be processed." Tried both of our cards at the grocery store a couple hours later and the same thing happened. Had to use my QS1 instead. Wife had no issues using hers in a swipe machine between the two. Statement cut today with a balance of $38 which I've already scheduled a payment for. Any ideas? Besides sending Chase a message. And now messaging isn't working either.
Not sure if it is related. I tried to log into my acoount about 8:00 Eastern this morning and got the spinning circle for minutes. I tried 4 or 5 more times, same thing. Finally got in about 9:00.
No issue using my card late this afternoon.
Really early in the morning I tried to login to their site and kept getting a "we will be right back message". Probably not related though, typical backend maintenance going on I would assume.
I received fraud alert from chase for a charge on Sunday. Someone tried to use my sapphire to buy something online, maybe chase got hacked and some account numbers got compromised. maybe when chase found out, they disconnected the affected servers from the web for a little while. It's definitely something major that happened to get them to take their servers offline.
Chase must have had to shut down a few things to allocate power to process my auto-CLI.

ha ha... or working on my APR reduction...lol....
Now serious.. I have not had any issues with CSP and Marriott and their chip transactions overseas and also contactless on CSP with Apple Pay worked like a breeze.
