That's messed up that they said no to a 2 month extension

I finally received a card in the mail today and was able to activate it. So, I still have no idea where the 2nd card they sent ended up, as this is the third one they sent out.
As a side note, I also sent them a SM asking about an extension since almost 2 months were wasted, and they told me no.
post on their twitter or facebook and be like "It took you 2 months for me to receive my credit card from you and now I may not be able to hit spend for my signup bonus"
They'll message you back and work it out. They're good like that.
+1. Definitely follow up and push it because that's bs

Hell. I woulda gotten me an instant statement credit for that sign up bonus without doing a minimum spend if anyone kept me waiting 2 months for a credit card.
I added my GF's daughter to both of my chase cards and they got here in about 7 days (unfortunately they both had my GF's name on them... she already is AU on both). Called them and they sent the right cards. this whole process took less than 2 weeks for 2 batches of cards.
although Chase was far from bright in the process, they got them here pretty quick in regular mail.

Thoroughly outsourced the production process for the holiday season (or sounds like it). Thought the cards came from Orlando? Got email my card was on the way today, should I worry? I already got my bonus though.
Chase processes a lot of their credit cards in Westerville Ohio.

And don't forget Winchestertinffieldville, Iowa.
I hope they'll give you the $200 bonus. That's pretty crappy because it was an offer when you opened the account, so the fact that it is gone now should not matter. If an offer exists when you open your account, that's the offer you are applying for...so they should be giving it to you.
If they don't, that sucks, but it's still a nice card, with 5% on groceries this quarter
With mailing issues, the only one I had was my Amazon Visa. I don't remember exactly how long, but it seemed like it took forever to arrive. Probably 10 days at least. I don't understand why they don't expedite them by default - do they not want you to spend money with them?
