Lol CC, this isn’t your first rodeo.....
@simplynoir wrote:Just curious when I ask what non-core cards show up for the prequals? It seems like it's pretty much SW/United/Marriott as the cards that are offered unless I missed something during my quick glance over the thread
I think it is honestly just those 3... other than core chase cards fu/freedom/csp/csr etc.. I know in branch use to just be the core cards and united.. Apparently the put the SW card and Marriott it the the mix as well for whatever reason that is.. Sure those cards would be in branch as well pre-approvals. I dont think hyatt and others offer pre-approvals at this point in time.

That is why I'm asking. I think I would try for the Hyatt card if it ever came across my screen. Crossing my fingers it's only a matter of time before they do
While I had no offers (and my actual offers page is filled with referrals even for cards I don't have and a $1000 checking offer) on that page, it is heartwarming to know that finally the Marriott card is appearing as an offer that should bypass 5/24. If I had the offer, I'd go for it as it's the only Chase card I still want, other than J.P. Morgan Reserve of course. I'm 6/24 but it's gonna be a minute before I get to 4/24 if ever.

Yeppers I would of taken that over the marriott.. I was an idiot when I closed my hyatt card about 3 years back.. Not sure what I was thinking! I would of taken that over the marriott, but hey a free night a year a decent sign-up bonus and a very respectable SL I am all in all happy at only a 95$ af..

Positive. When I go to Open an account (bottom photo) and select Credit cards, I get the Find a card links (middle photo) that take me to the regular CC pages that show all Chase cards. My Just for you page (top photo) is different; I had Slate there recently as a green checkmark but it's also disappeared.

I used to be very meh on Hyatt properties but the last year and change I find myself going to them more often. The fact you can earn elite nights with spend kind of has me curious to try out their award program for a year to see how well Globalist stacks up to current Bonvoy
Though with sites like AMEX FHR and Virtuoso it also makes sense to just be a free agent and go that route, too. Decisions, decisions...
