Hello All,
A little over a month ago, I checked the chase prequalify page (had no relationship with chase at the time) and had offers for Freedom, Freedom Unlimited, and CSP. I have been looking to get the CSP and pair it with the freedom, and decided to apply for the Freedom first to establish a relationship and then apply for CSP after my first statement cut and I paid in full.
It has now been a month and I got and paid my first statement (I spent around $350 on the card but paid it last week so the statement cut with under $50), and my scores are very similar to what they were a month ago. However, I've been checking the chase prequalify page and it says I have no offers. I know that it says it's because I recently responded to an offer, but I was wondering if anyone knows how long they typically take to come back, and if I should wait or just go ahead and apply?
Thank you!
I've read a few data points that people say those offers disappear for 6 months after accepting one.
I had two offers (F and FU) and only accepted FU not realizing I could have/should have accepted both the same day -- once I accepted the FU offer, they disappeared.
This was back in May and I am hoping/assuming they'll reappear in November. Another 57 days or less to see!
Others have said they reappear in 30 days but that didn't happen for me: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/Chase-My-Offers-Page-Disappeared/td-p/4885503
Some have said it may come back "a few months later": http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/Multiple-Chase-quot-your-offers-quot-green-checkmark/td...
Do you know about the Chase 5/24 rule?
Nothing to stop you from getting another card. My wife got Southwest Plus in May and the offers disappeared. Applied for Southwest Premier and was approved though no offers were showing. If you have a good profile and are under 5/24 they will approve you whether you see offers or not.
Those Chase offers come and go on this end.
Seems they always want you to bite when you're not ready, then when you are ready they pull them back again ![]()
You have to RULE your own schedule and not be drawed in by these so much.
On the flip side you don't need 0ffers to get Chase approvals. Just select cards that are not 5/24 if that is an issue.
They do combine lines after all on some cards.
Thanks everyone! Ugh, don't really want to wait another 5 months (it'd be nice to use holiday spending to hit the bonus). Yes, I am only at 2/24. I also got a CLI on my BOA card over the past month so I now have a card with 7.5k that should help. The SL on the Freedom is 2k. It's good to know that the prequalify disappearing doesn't necessarily mean a denial but I would still feel more comfortable hitting submit if I had it!!
You can also go to Chase's card finder page and see if they think you're a match anywhere, but that page is far less accurate than the green checkmark offers.

If you are 2/24 I am guessing you don't have too many Hard Pulls. No reason not to try if you want a card.

Is there a list on myfico for non-5/24 Chase cards?
