I was an AU on a Chase CC yrs ago and it still shows on my CR, even though the CC has been closed. It's helping my AAoA, so I haven't asked Chase to remove it. So, yes, it will show on their CR. Also the person who had the CC didn't have my SSN or DOB, so they don't need that. All they did was add me as an AU on their Chase and it showed up on my CR. HTH!
