I received it too & the originating email is: Chase@e.chase.com
I've never received a survey email from them before, but I've also only had the account since last July.
Rumors have it that Amazon is looking to part ways with Chase and move to either Synchrony or AMEX and Synchrony looks to be the front runner

Don't count Chase out.. Chase is the one that wants better terms as they aren't making the money they think they need to. Still very much could remain with Chase. Time will show, but Chase is doing a ton of CLI's on Amazon card which is out of the normal for them, so something certainly is up with that.

I can back this up. Went to check my account and it moved from $2,300 to $6,500.

Seeing the same thing on my end. Went from $1,000 to $5,300.
Do you think it's a good time to apply with my 3 years old BK and chase was iib?.

No. Most people with a BK on file whether they burnt chase or not are auto denied due to BK. Chase does not like BK''s at all. Sure some people have been approved, but majority are auto declined.
